James is Vice President of a top design college (via remote). With over 30 years of marketing and executive sales management experience, James manages business development, marketing, and employee relations at the salon. He was formerly a co-owner of a health club in Miami Florida where he was an integral part of building the business from the ground up, resulting in an enrollment total of over 1300 members. His motto is “people over profit”. When treating staff with training, integrity and fairness, the success will ultimately ensue.
